I hate this band. I hate their music, I hate their image, I hate their attitude. If you like GODSMACK, STATIC-X, and later-career METALLICA, you’ll soil yourself with giddy pleasure at this English mistake. I don’t see how this made it to the Voices table for review but somehow it did; too bad for them that the review table here at Voices also doubles as a butcher board. ‘Lost My Way’ belongs on any popular jock-rock station, or really anywhere that a Metal crowd is not, for this is not Metal. But wait, you say, ‘I Am Me’ is a brutal, fuck-shit-up song! Yes, yes, it’s a PANTERA knock-off and one of millions I might add. But the worst song, arguably, must be the title track, ‘Metal Erosion’. That such an obvious pander to the DROWNING POOL and DISTURBED crowd has the word “Metal” in it drives me nuts.
