On April 01, 2022 Amor Fati Productions will release “Vom Schwarzen Schmied: Bergkgesænge”, the new album from German Black Metallers DAUÞUZ, on CD format. The tape version will be released by Helhallen Tonträger. During the recordings of the band’s 2021 album “Vom Schwarzen Schmied”, the idea arose to re-record the vocals in their entirety: completely clean, with additional choir passages and keyboards, but also the whole sound, mix, and mastering was reworked. Jaakko listened to the demo and had to impose his own vision in order to take the credit of the whole song. During composing Jaakko managed to combine two separate ideas that weren’t originally meant to go together. These ideas merged as one, forming what came out to be perhaps the juiciest track so far. Eventually, after “slight” pressuring, Niko made the vocals and struck gold with them.
