A feedback noise leads us to the sad and slow tune of the beginng of ARGHOSLENT’s contribution to this split that turns into raw uptempo Death Metal with various riff changes and spiced with some traditional Metal elements, evident for example in the soloing. This duty has been taken over by The Serpent Inquisitor (gyttaar, voyce and verse) who did an excellent job, being accompanied by The Great Righteous Destroyer (bass gyttaar, voice). Although the material is not as ferocious as before they know to convince with the new song ‘Magikkian’. Their style still comprises elements of Death and Thrash and a somehow progressive edge with vocals alternating between a harsh Black Metal voice and a dark throat. ‘Amidst Fireflies And Haunted Trees’ is a beautiful moody accoustic pice written in 1994.
