It’s actually hard to find bad or boring Hells Headbangers’ releases, as these guys somehow manage to release top class stuff only, but with this 7" split release, they probably achieved an even higher level of awesomeness. First of all, yes, these 4 tracks are spooky, you can easily use them as the soundtrack of some Fulci or Romero movie. Both Devil Metal gods NUNSLAUGHTER and the underground Psycho / Doom / Death Metallers ACID WITCH (seriously, anyone knows how to label their music?) delivered absolutely great and really enjoyable recordings. You know, sometimes bands forget that music is most important, and not once and not twice, we could find some not so cool tracks on various 7" singles or split releases. But not in this case. Each band delivered one slow and one fast song, so after listening to it, you will find out it’s perfectly balanced. So what do we have here: 4 great tracks from 2 really terrific bands, great artwork, gatefold cover, and the world famous Hells Headbangers quality? A perfect release? Definitelly!
